Hi, I'm Maria Ann!


Maria Ann Callaghan is from upstate New York and graduated in 1992 at SUNY. She relocated to Alabama in 2002 with her three children. Maria Ann was so pleased in the South Alabama area that she decided to stay and raise her children in Baldwin County. She is a licensed Realtor in Alabama & Florida.  Maria Ann has her Associate Broker's license with Alabama. 


Maria Ann is married with five adult children and eleven grandchildren. She knows how important it is when relocating to a new area when you are single and when you are trying to find that perfect home for yourself and/or for your family.


Maria Ann has thirty plus years in business management and six years serving the elderly as a volunteer coordinator. Maria Ann holds real estate licenses in Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. Maria Ann is also a Relocation Specialist.  (LRS Certified) She is also SRES certified in Senior Real Estate Needs. Maria Ann is a graduate of the Floyd Wickman Team and is constantly educating herself with other real estate training programs. She holds workshops for sellers, home buyers, land buyers, and neighborhood "Question and Answer Meet and Greets". She is very active in sponsoring school extra activities, teacher appreciations, and coordinates an annual cancer awareness fundraiser for local patients.


Maria Ann loves the Roberts Brothers, "Why" because she wakes up every day wanting to learn, live, and give back to the community either by helping someone find that dream home or to help someone in their new chapter in life and selling their home. She also believes in serving the community each day by giving her time back to help others reach their goals in their business life, coordinate in a vacation bible school program, or to serve the elderly by being there to visit and talk with them.
